Each property has an iron and ironing board.
Yes – each property has the following provided:
- 1 travel cot*
- 1 high chair
- 1 safety gate
* NB. Please bring your own bedding for the cot.
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing or from the email address used to make the booking. Unfortunately, cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit.
Please note that guests are legally responsible for the full booking amount if the accommodation cannot be re-let. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance or a cancellation policy to cover this liability. Deposits will only be refunded if we are able to re-let the property without incurring a loss. In this case, a £50 per week fee will be deducted to cover administrative costs.
No refunds will be issued for early departures.
While we will make every effort to re-let your property, if the week remains vacant, a refund is highly unlikely.
Refunds will be made payable to the booking holder via cheque, or if a credit card was used, to the card originally used for payment.

Parking at Pennasville is reserved strictly for residents. Guests may use nearby pay-and-display car parks if needed. All cars parked on-site must display a valid parking permit at all times.
Due to a high demand for parking and limited space, we have set limits on free parking per property:
- 2/3 bedroom properties – 2 car maximum
- 4 bedroom properties – 3 car maximum
If you need to bring additional cars, there is a charge of £35 per car, per week, which will be added to your balance.
To ensure a relaxing and comfortable environment for all our guests, we kindly ask that you limit the number of visitors to your property. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visitor parking; however, there are two pay-and-display car parks nearby. For the comfort of all guests, we also ask that any visitors depart by 10 pm.

WiFi is available in the properties for light browsing and basic use. For high-speed access, superfast WiFi is available 24/7 in the Games Room and surrounding area.
Yes, several properties offer walk-in showers: Villa Francia and properties 3, 9, 15, 17, 18, 22, 26, and 27. Properties 26 and 27 also feature an additional bathroom with a bath and a shower over the bath. All other properties have baths with showers over them.
At this time, Pennasville does not offer electric car charging facilities. For safety reasons, we ask that guests do not attempt to charge vehicles from their cottages, as our electrical system isn’t designed to support it.
Please note that any attempt to charge a vehicle on-site may result in immediate termination of your stay, with no refund provided. For your convenience, nearby charging points can be located through apps like ZapMap. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
