Downstairs in this cosy, new carpeted, peaceful cottage is a comfortable lounge, for you to relax in with electric fire, wall mounted 40" flat screen TV and DVD player.

Your new kitchen with vinyl flooring is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay including an electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The door to the rear of the property leads through to a patio area with outdoor table and chairs.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, newly carpeted and decorated - one double and one twin room with two 3ft single divan beds - and a completely refurbished bathroom. with bath, electric shower, toilet, washbasin and shaver point. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe and dressing chest.

For extra comfort during cooler months, electric blankets are on all double beds. Linen and towels are included along with heating downstairs. All cottages are newly carpeted and fully double glazed.

To the front of the cottage there is a parking space for one car.
